At Cascades Senior Living, we offer affordable rates for our high-quality care services. Our rates are determined based on the level of care required and the individual needs of each resident. We believe in transparency, and we strive to provide our residents and their families with clear and upfront pricing information.

Our rates include:

  • 24-hour care and supervision
  • Nutritious meals and snacks
  • Medication management and administration
  • Assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Housekeeping and laundry services
  • Social and recreational activities

*ADL's = Activities of Daily Living

Care Levels

Level 1

  • Individual needs minimal assistance with ADL's (Dressing, Restroom Use, Oral Care)
  • May need verbal cues by staff to perform ADL's
  • Must be able to ambulate
  • Must be able to eat independently

Level 2

  • Individual needs moderate assistance with ADL's (Dressing, Restroom Use, Oral Care, Ambulation, Wheelchairs)
  • Individual needs assistance from staff to perform some ADL's
  • Must be able to eat independently
  • Must be able to stand and pivot transfer

Level 3

  • Individual needs assistance with most ADL's (Dressing, Restroom Use, Oral Care, Ambulation, Wheelchairs, Eating, Peri-Care)
  • May need minimum to maximum assistance with transfers

Level 4

  • Individual is placed on Hospice Care
  • Dependent on staff to perform ADL's
  • Increased Medicare coordination care
  • Memory Care (Alzheimer's and Dementia)

Semi-Private Suites

Our Semi-Private Suites are located in a secluded wing of our facility. These rooms offer a larger room setting, double closets, two twin beds, a flat screen TV, two night stands, and dressers. While all of our rooms come fully furnished, we encourage family members to decorate the room with personal belongings to establish a more home like environment. This wing of our facility has a kitchenette and dining room for private parties, chapel services, and much more. Our Semi-Private Suites are priced at a flat rate per month for those within care levels 1-4.
